Vision: identify goals, requirements and constraints

Assessment: analyze the starting point and configurations of existing systems

Remediation and Environment Preparation: based on the assessment findings, remediation actions will be initiated in order to make the environment suitable for migration

Migration tool configuration: in this phase, the identified migration tools will be configured

Migration procedure: at this stage the migration procedure is designed

Pilot: pilot migration with a subset of "friends" users, in order to identify any improvement points or actions

Massive migration: once the pilot migration has been validated, we will proceed with the massive migration, which can take place in two ways, based on the capacity of the customer's service desk: one-shot or in stages.
