Training and professional growth

We implement a policy of constant updating and training of the entire staff. Every year we set individual training plans designed to strengthen the skills and obtain technical certifications. Selection process

Our canidates’ selection process starts with an aptitude test, which does not require specific knowledge of computer science. If successful, the technical and linguistic job interview follow, and then the final cognitive interview with the Executive is done.
